We're Hiring - Learning & Development Coordinator



Location: Dubai

We are looking for a passionate and organized

Learning & Development Coordinator

to join our team and support our

Food & Beverage (F&B)

operations through impactful training and development programs.

The L&D Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing training initiatives focused on front-of-house service excellence and guest experience. This role requires prior experience in the F&B industry, a strong understanding of service standards, and hands-on involvement in coordinating training programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding new team members, improving guest service performance, and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement training programs focused on guest service, brand standards, and product knowledge. Support the onboarding and induction process for new team members to ensure smooth integration into operations. Maintain the training calendar and ensure timely delivery of scheduled sessions. Track training attendance, progress, and completion using a Learning Management System (LMS) or training tracker. Collaborate with operations leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps across FOH teams. Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides. Organize ongoing refresher trainings, guest experience workshops, and service coaching sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data. Ensure all training activities align with company standards and reinforce service culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination within the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and guest service excellence. Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking training sessions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Positive, energetic, and passionate about developing people in a fast-paced environment.
