Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across all departments.
Assist in designing and implementing training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications.
Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual training events.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality and tourism industry.
