We are looking for a Learning and Development Content Designer to create impactful training content and support the professional growth of our workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-quality training content to support learning initiatives
• Collaborate with managers to identify short-term priorities and learning requirements
• Analyze HR data and identify trends to provide insights for business improvement
• Gather and assess performance data to identify competency gaps and agree on learning outcomes
• Organize and prepare complex learning materials using relevant software and technology
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding L&D policies and processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the L&D content industry and cultural nuances in MENA
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required
