Robert Half are working with a leading global business who are looking to hire a Learning and Development Business Partner. You will join a strong team and work closely with the business to provide learning and development support.
The Role
Supporting and delivering a well rounded Learning and Development plan to all areas of the business
Capability assessment sbased on functional competency framework.
Designing blended learning solutions with HRBP
Using creative and innovative tolls to create flexible and innovative learning programs.
Manage LMS systems updates and implement and company-wide new learning initiatives
Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their induvial development plan
Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural (soft skills) and leadership programs
Guiding HRBP and employee on customize development journey of key employee based on career path and succession development plan
Drive a culture of continuous professional development
Facilitating learning and training sessions (with LDM), courses, programs using the most cost-effective tools to drive the development of key priority skills across the organisation
Monitoring and measure how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
The Candidate
5 - 8 years\' experience within a learning and development role
Degree qualified
Experience of training and delivery and design
Element of travel required
