Develop, manage, and deliver training and development programmes and curriculum for new and existing employees across the business
Liaise and partner with the senior leadership team, globally, to understand training requirements including content, schedules and wider team collaboration
Work with the Compliance teams to roll-out regulatory required training programs such as AML and KYC
Collaborate with the global management team to develop a retention, replacement and succession plan for the business.
Create and deploy evaluation programs to measure organisation’s strengths and weakness’ as well as the effectiveness of training.
Create reports on the above to communicate with the leadership team and advise L&D strategy to improve
Identify personnel skill gaps and work with leadership to develop action plans to actively develop team members
Build an L&D framework that can be adapted to new growth markets, including document, content and media vault
Run graduate programmes across the business, building partnerships with top-tier universities in the region.
Develop an in-depth employee L&D journey process for new Tapsters
Stay current on trends and best practices in L&D whilst leading world-class initiatives that differentiate Tap from the rest!
Any other duties as required by the line manager or Head of Department that are commensurate with the grade.
What You Bring to the Party:
5-10 years experience in learning and development, programme management, facilitation and content/curriculum design
Experience in or with a high-growth organisation building from the ground up
Proven track record of developing, managing and analysing the effectiveness of training programmes
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and task driven
Ability to prioritise, manage and deliver on multiple training programmes simultaneously
Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful and self-starter who is able to work independently
Fluent in the use of modern training tools and technology
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
