Job Description
HJ Properties is a leading real estate company focused on delivering exceptional experiences through creative, high-quality video content. We are looking for a Senior Videographer / Creative Lead to lead end-to-end video production, from concept to final delivery, while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute video projects, including filming, lighting, sound, directing talent, and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics). Develop video-led creative strategies to support marketing and brand storytelling. Mentor junior videographers, editors, and creatives. Manage multiple projects, timelines, equipment, and resources. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align videos with campaigns. Stay updated with trends, tools, and innovative production techniques.
Requirements:
Around 10 years of experience in videography/creative direction, preferably in real estate or lifestyle sectors. Strong storytelling, cinematography, and editing skills. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio capture. Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
