The Role: Lead Videographer & Digital Content Producer

You'll be the

driving force behind all things video

, balancing creativity with strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Lead end-to-end

video production

: concept, shoot, edit, and delivery. Capture live content from

international events

--conferences, podcasts, workshops, and incentive travel. Develop creative video strategies in collaboration with marketing, design, and executive teams. Produce both

short-form & long-form content

for social platforms. Manage

livestreams and real-time content delivery.

Operate independently when needed, while also working closely with a creative team. Ensure

high storytelling and production standards

in all content. Track performance and adapt content for maximum engagement. Represent the brand globally as a

professional and creative ambassador.

? What You'll Bring

5+ years' experience in

videography and editing

, ideally in event-driven environments. Expertise with tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

+ emerging platforms like CapCut & AI-driven tools. A strong track record in creating content for

TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Balance of

creative flair + strategic thinking.

Confidence in

directing talent, managing shoots, and running livestreams.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive under tight timelines. Fluent in English, with

strong communication skills.

Eligible for

visa-free travel across Europe.

A proactive, self-starter mindset with collaborative energy.
