Venture Architecture at BCGDV BCG Digital Ventures invents, builds, scales and invests in startups with the world's most influential companies. As the Lead Venture Architect (m/f/x) you will oversee all stages of the BCG Digital Ventures business model, including innovation, product development, incubation and commercialization to build new ventures, products and services. In the role of the Venture Architect Lead you step in as a Venture CEO for one of our smaller projects. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams to develop the economic and business model for new ventures and products with a lean startup approach
- Focus on customer centricity to quickly come up with an MVP
- Build the operational structure of ventures, oversee staffing and budget of venture teams
- Collaborate with the Corporate Partner, define and report success criteria (e.g. key performance, measurement and reporting frameworks)
- Lead the execution of go-to-market plans and scale new ventures
- You have a significant track record in building new digital businesses or units and
- experience in strategy consulting
- You have the ability to break down complex business problems logically and
- systematically
- You have the ability to effectively manage different stakeholders at BCGDV, BCG and Corporate Partners
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and cross-functional working environment and you like to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
- You have knowledge of the tech scene, digital trends and bleeding edge technologies
- You are a humble leader who aspires to develop people, yet listens to experts
