- Start Date: ASAPLEAD UI UX DESIGNER | Abu Dhabi We have partnered with a leading Ed Tech, based in the UAE, that is looking for a Lead UI UX Designer (Product Department) on a permanent basis. Role responsibilities include:
- Shape the design and research strategy.
- Manage a team of UI/UX designers and UX researchers.
- Bridge the gap between Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers by leading the team to help understand requirements and translate them into a convincing design as well as providing concrete user research data.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Handle operation of the team (including interviewing, recruiting, onboarding new members, managing work software licenses, etc.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the process and UX maturity of the organization.
- A background in EdTech.
- Roughly 8 years of relevant experience.
- 2 Years of management experience.
- Proven track record of hands-on experience in User Research, Interaction Design, and UI Design.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Having shipped successful consumer products over the years, and having a clear strategy to build an awesome user experience.
