Hiring
Lead Telecom Engineer -
1.Lead the telecom engineering activities including system design, specification, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, microwave links, satellite communications, radio systems, VoIP, etc.).
2.Develop telecom design documents, schematics, network diagrams, and technical specifications aligned with project requirements.
3.Manage the selection and procurement of telecom equipment and materials.
4.Coordinate telecom scope with other engineering disciplines (electrical, instrumentation, IT, civil).
5.Supervise installation, configuration, and testing of telecom networks onsite and offshore.
6.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior telecom engineers and technicians.
7.Troubleshoot telecom issues and implement effective solutions during construction and commissioning.
8.Participate in project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications.
