Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled, well experienced and motivated Lead Structural

Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Dubai.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSc) Minimum of 10 to 13 years of Lead Structural Design Engineering experience within a consultancy Environment in DUBAI. Proficiency in Structural Design Softwires including AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAFE; knowledge of Revit, Structure is a plus Strong understanding of Construction Drawings, Detailing, and related technical documentation. Thorough Experience knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and TRAKHEES regulations and submission standards & approval procedures. The candidate must have independently completed at least 10 buildings with Hight more than G+8 floors . Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Structural Engineer license Unlimited classification & TARKHEES Grey Card The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in engineering design, familiarity with international codes and standards The Candidate should be able to design independently super high-rise building Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Ensuring adherence to company procedures, client specifications, guidelines, international codes and standards Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings Preparation of all critical documents such as design basis and other
