Job Summary:

Lead structural Engineer/ Project Manager is to plan construction/ design project and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost- effective manner. Will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects & supervision team management.

Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):

Prepare, monitor, and update project plans, schedules, and budgets (including staffing needs) to project management and department management Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval. Supervise preparing drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for buildings. Apply expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures. Reviewing, monitoring and ensuring compliance requirements are met for design and (e.g. Standards, specification and local codes and regulations etc.) Use computers and computer-aided design (CAD) technology & other related applications for simulation purposes. Revising structural shop drawings & documents. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and engineering teams. Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers. Ensure adherence to engineering design standards, codes, and regulations. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., project management, construction) to ensure project alignment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Identify and mitigate project risks. Conduct design reviews and quality assurance checks. Prepare design reports, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction. Stay updated on engineering design trends and industry best practices. Coordinate with Project Team in regards to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits. Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Business development & tenders management activities To ensure, Implement, Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental department requirements and Audits. To Report and record the QHSE dept. non-conformities and in coordination with QHSE dept for closure. Identifying, evaluating, and controlling hazards and risks in the workplace, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and promoting a culture of quality, health, safety & environmental within the organization. Understanding, support and follow the waste management system Coordinate and contact the organization ERT team during in emergency case Record, report the incidents and near misses to the management and QHSE dept.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or any relevant Engineering degree. UPDA Grade A PMP Certification
