Lead/ Specialist Construction Engineer

Job Description
We are urgently looking for Lead/ Specialist Construction Engineer for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
Qualification Required
- The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Lead successful execution of complex construction activities in challenging marine environments.
- Supervise the execution of construction activities such as hookup, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities.
- Develop and implement construction strategies and execution plans
- Provide engineering guidance to resolve construction-related challenges
- Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and participate in audits.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and environmental requirement
- Minimum 15-20+ years of extensive experience in offshore oil and gas construction.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regional regulations and offshore construction practices.
- PMC experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
