Lead/ Specialist Construction Engineer
Job Description
We are urgently looking for Lead/ Specialist Construction Engineer for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
Qualification Required
The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead successful execution of complex construction activities in challenging marine environments.
Supervise the execution of construction activities such as hookup, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities.
Develop and implement construction strategies and execution plans
Provide engineering guidance to resolve construction-related challenges
Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and participate in audits.
Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and environmental requirement
Experience Required
Minimum 15-20+ years of extensive experience in offshore oil and gas construction.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with regional regulations and offshore construction practices.
PMC experience will be preferred
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
