What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the serving team during each shift.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on specials, events, and procedural updates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and guide new servers on service techniques and policies.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth food preparation and timely service.
• Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to maximize capacity.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as required.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
• Uphold UAE hospitality service standards and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Ideal Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in food service.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Skilled in POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Service Certifications required.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and wine pairing.
• Physically fit with stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
