Job Description

:

We are looking for a Lead Senior Architect with expertise in Revit and a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead the architectural team, effectively communicate ideas, provide recommendations, and negotiate project details with the team and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lead meetings with clients to discuss project objectives and requirements.

2. Prepare and present design proposals according to local guidelines, including detailed drawings and perspectives.

3. Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications.

4. Specify architectural materials required for construction.

5. Coordinate design with other departments, including structural and MEP teams.

6. Review local regulations to ensure compliance.

7. Submit documents and obtain approvals from relevant authorities.

8. Follow up on authority comments and attend meetings with authority engineers.

9. Review and approve shop drawings prepared by contractors.

10. Review and approve material submittals.

11. Visit the site as required.

12. Resolve issues arising during construction.

13. Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff.

Requirements:

15-20 years of architectural design experience. Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion. Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination. Ability to work independently and lead the assigned scope
