Job Overview:
The
Senior / Lead Enterprise Architect
proactively and holistically helps and guides enterprise leaders, product managers, and distributed delivery teams throughdigital transformation and optimization initiatives
. They support theformulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities
while ensuringtargeted business goals such as revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability
are achieved.The
Senior Enterprise Architect
must:Facilitate alignment
between business and IT, across the democratized DIGITAL landscape.Engage business and DIGITAL stakeholders
, building and maintaining strong relationships.Adapt to changing business models
and operating frameworks.Analyze trends and disruptions
to assess their impact on business strategy.Communicate and visualize the future state
to drive long-term planning.Support various operating models
, includingproject-centric and product-centric approaches
.Demonstrate the value of enterprise architecture (EA)
and promote architectural governance.Mentor other architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
to instill EA thinking.Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, IT, Business, or related fields
.Experience:
Minimum8+ years
inenterprise architecture, DIGITAL strategy, or related domains
. Expertise inbusiness analysis, solution architecture, middleware, application development, data management, and DIGITAL governance
.Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency inEA frameworks
(TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner methodologies). Knowledge ofcloud computing, security architecture, API integration, and microservices
. * Familiarity withagile and lean methodologies, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks
