Job Role: Lead- Rewards and Projects Department: HR Location: Dubai Reports to: Group Head of HR Our client is an investment management company that is a locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG, and services. They are looking for a Lead- Rewards and Projects to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive all policies and processes on Grading, Salary benchmarking & Compensation. You will also be the custodian of all HR Projects before being transferred to business units. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement job evaluation and grading structure
Implement Competency Framework
Support with pay philosophy and salary benchmarking
Drive Incentive Plan Development
Implement Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct
Daily/Weekly/Monthly HR Data Analysis and Reporting
Implement projects for Digital Transformation
Create and Implement HR SOPs and SLAs
Undertake HR Audits
Support in driving Employer Branding and Brand recognition
Be the project lead for HR Project Management
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in a related field, preferably Commerce Graduate
