Job Description

Our client is looking for a proven Lead project manager to bring their leadership and guidance to the PMC project management team. Please ensure you meet all the requirements below before applying.

A successful Lead Project Manager\'s will have:

10 years\' experience within construction project management.
Recent project exposure must include transportation, roads / infrastructure.
Ability to create and update effective budgets and project schedules.
Ability to lead a construction management team & guide them in the planning and execution of construction activities.
Familiar with Microsoft project and similar programs.
Facilitate effective communication between the client, main contractor and stakeholders.
Oversee the procurement process for labour and materials.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and construction standards.
Effectively manage project risks and promptly address any issues that arise during the construction process.
Exposure to large urban development schemes, ideally in the GCC.
