Job Description
We are looking for a PMC Lead Project Controls professional to be based in Abu Dhabi, supporting a major Onshore Upstream Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities across cost, planning, and reporting functions.
- Oversee project performance through all stages: Select, Define, and Execute.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project progress and financial accuracy.
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Support project management with timely insights and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project control procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 17+ years of experience in Oil and Gas.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas Upstream projects.
- Strong SAP experience (raising PRs, SES, and related procurement workflows).
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) for planning and scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with ADNOC projects and standards.
- Business planning and cost reporting expertise.
- Experience in invoice verification and cost control.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
