Lead Project Control (offshore)

Job Description
Lead project control functions for offshore projects, including WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/Fs.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports to stakeholders.
Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee cost control and financial forecasting, ensuring projects remain within budget.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore teams to ensure alignment on timelines and costs.
Lead project control meetings and provide timely updates on schedule, cost, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
Requirements:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
Strong experience in scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
In-depth understanding of offshore project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
