Position Overview:
The Lead Project Architect will be at the forefront of guiding medium to large-scale projects from inception to completion. Serving as the primary point of contact under senior leadership, you will oversee design teams, coordinate external partners, and maintain strong client relationships. This role demands a seamless blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project oversight, ensuring alignment with the firm's design philosophy and quality benchmarks. You will drive projects through all phases-from initial concept to construction-while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with leadership.

• Accredited degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record leading mid- to large-scale projects through all phases.
• Portfolio showcasing high-end residential, hospitality, or retail projects.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of technical detailing, building codes, and construction documentation.
• Hands-on site experience with robust knowledge of construction methods, consultant coordination, and contract administration.
• Exceptional client communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in BIM workflows and collaborative documentation tools.
• Professional licensure or progress toward regional certification.
