Role- LEAD OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Location- Abu dhabi
Experience- 15+ years
Client- Government entity
Interview will be face to face in Egypt, Cairo location on 25th to 27th Jan 2025.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.
- 15 years' experience with proven offshore operations experience.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Superior knowledge of offshore operations, personnel & equipment.
- Lead a team comprising various disciplines for different aspects of offshore construction engineers & offshore construction mangers.
- Manage & coordinate & assign construction team resources for multiple small and mega-sized projects.
- Contribution in the company overall marine spread schedule on regular basis
- Implement COMPANY strategy for offshore construction plans
- Monitor the Cost of all projects in coordination with Project Directors
