Joining our Corporate Functions team as a Lead Recruiter, you will provide a professional and efficient recruitment service, building a talent pipeline of the best local and international candidates for Head Office-based roles and middle management positions whilst delivering key recruitment business projects as requested by the Recruitment Business Partner.
You will engage with all areas of the business, gaining an in-depth understanding of our various divisions and functions that will facilitate your ability to ensure the most suitable candidates are selected.
The role will also call for you to provide supervisory guidance to the more junior members of the team, ensuring that they are contributing towards filling vacancies within the team's AOR in a timely and efficient manner.
