- Supports the Quality Division Manager (Off plots) with the implementation of the Key reporting Areas and Focused KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. (Material Traceability, Welding, Coating and Insulation, Preservation, Flange Management and Readiness for MC & Commissioning;
- The Off plots Lead of Quality Site EPCC coordinates effective implementation of the project quality requirements for site construction activities including ensuring the quality requirements established Ready for Start-Up.
About this role
- Coordinates the Construction and Delivery Programs per PQP;
- Monitors the effective oversight of Contractors construction and Delivery quality efforts;
- Lead the implementation of the implementation of Quality programs;
- Checks completeness and correctness of Quality Program and deliverables;
- Conducts/participates in periodic audits of EPCC Contractor site processes;
- Conducts and records project-specific quality evolvement & specific Quality requirements;
- Oversight and support of EPC Contractor\'s Project specific Quality Plans & procedures;
- Contribute to Contractor\'s internal & external quality audit schedules;
- Monitors and measures Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s quality performance during EPC Construction and delivery activities;
- Interfaces with other EPC Contractors, procurement and oversight and provides feedback on trending status for delivered equipment & material condition upon arrival;
- Provides oversight on EPC materials receipt, laydown, storage, handling, and preservation;
- Applies extensive hands-on, industry-based experience & Best Practice to promote & evolve implemented systems, processes & procedures within a structured quality specific framework;
- such as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation Request, Non-conformance Request, Corrective Action Reports, etc;
- Conducts or participates in audits to verify EPC Contractors quality management system and project specification compliance;
- The Lead of Quality - Site EPC establishes and provides appropriate oversight & Contractor performance metrics that provide assurance of Contractor compliance to multiple disciplines;
- The Lead of Quality - Site Off plots must exhibit a high degree of computer literacy & coordination skills;
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealing with all parties and communicates concisely in written and verbal context; prepares high quality written reporting;
- The Lead of Quality - Site facilitates timely turnover of supporting Quality documentation for handover, participates in walkthroughs, punch listing and site acceptance certification;
- Ensures company Lessons Learned are implemented and verified.
What you need to bring
- Preferred: Degree in any discipline. Experience in Mega Project work and multinational contractors;
- Minimum of 10 years experience;
- Good general knowledge of Quality and understanding of the requirements to deliver the project Quality requirements;
- Broad experience with multi-national contractors, in particular Large scale Mega Projects. Conducting Workshops for various project requirements;
- Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in project execution and delivery Ready for Start -Up roles on major oil & gas engineering & construction projects;
- Experienced in facilitating & coordinating efforts to resolve EPC Quality interfaces/delivery issues;
- Experience with conducting audits/Health Checks & assessing process-driven quality systems.
