Job Description
We're seeking a skilled
Lead Mechanic/Service Advisor
to join our growing team!Mechanical & Technical:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles Inspect & provide repair estimates
Ensure quality work & standards
Provide technical support and guidance as needed
Maintain a safe, organized shop
Service Advisor Duties:
Greet customers & gather vehicle info
Create & manage repair orders
Explain diagnostics & recommend services
Provide estimates & get approvals Schedule & coordinate repairs
Update customers on status & delays
Handle concerns with professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* Mechanical, Technical and Customer Service: 5 years (Required)
