Job Description
We are hiring an
experienced Lead Manager
to head ourApple MAC, iPhone & iPad Repair and Refurbishing Division
in Sharjah.Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end operations of Apple repair/refurbishing. Manage team of supervisors & technicians. Ensure quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction. Implement workflow systems and process improvements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Apple repair industry. Proven track record in leading large teams. Certifications (ACMT/ACiT) preferred. Strong organizational & leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
