Lead Instrumentation Engineer to drive engineering excellence across major offshore FEED and Detailed Engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, integrated instrumentation solutions in line with project scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities: Review client documentation and Scope of Work; clarify requirements and coordinate with other disciplines. Prepare specifications, datasheets, and calculations; ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements. Create and manage document registers; oversee drawing preparation and issuance. Develop Purchase Requisitions, including BOMs, technical specs, and vendor data. Evaluate vendor offers for technical compliance. Conduct site surveys and provide input for detailed engineering and planning. Estimate man-hours and support technical inputs during bidding. Prepare material take-offs for EPC projects. Review and approve as-built documentation. Utilize software such as SPI and AVEVA Instrumentation. Size and select control valves, actuators, relief valves, and flow instruments. Ensure compliance with Control/Safety Systems and participate in SIL, HAZOP workshops. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent 10+ years in EPC/EPCI (offshore) Oil & Gas projects Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. Proficiency in industry software (e.g., SPI, AVEVA). Experience in vendor technical evaluations and project coordination. Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
