Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead I&C Engineer to oversee and manage the instrumentation and control systems for oil & gas and gas processing project. The ideal candidate will have over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in design, FEED, and detailed engineering. Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise I&C engineering teams for oil & gas and gas processing projects. Perform detailed design, FEED, and engineering activities for instrumentation and control systems. Provide technical leadership, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) to ensure integration of I&C systems. Manage the preparation of technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee the selection, installation, and commissioning of control and instrumentation systems. Provide technical support during procurement and construction phases. Monitor and assess the performance of I&C systems and recommend improvements. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 18 years of experience in I&C engineering, with significant experience in the oil & gas industry. Proven expertise in gas processing projects and PMC role experience. Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, automation, and related software. Hands-on experience with FEED, detailed design, and project execution phases. In-depth understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
