To act as the coordinator between HR and IT on all HR IT project work streams, supporting in the identification and creation of each project implementation plan, monitoring and reporting on progress to ensure each project runs smoothly, is within agreed budget and key turnaround times (TATs), the integrity and governance of the HR systems and processes are maintained and that the projects deliverables are focused on HR requirements and appetite for technology complexity

1.
Project Management
Support in the creation and approval of key HR IT related project implementation plans, agreeing with IT key milestone dates and achievements and completion dates to ensure full understanding of requirements and expectations
Manage and oversee the project management and delivery of the IT HR project work streams creating, managing and monitoring progress reporting on variances to the implementation plan in order to recommend actions that need to be taken to allow the project to achieve its targeted launch date
Oversee the implementation of each HR IT project, conducting user testing at key milestones to ensure the integrity and governance of the HR system and related policies
Act as the project owner, challenging and correcting expectations on the programming and deliverables to ensure a satisfactory solution to any identified issues

Quality Systems
Review project\xe2\x80\x99s progress against set milestones to ensuring goals are met, HR\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are being satisfied and the complexity of the deliverables achieve the end deliverable outputs
Monitor each deliverable\xe2\x80\x99s outputs in order to support the integrity and confidentiality requirements of the project
Oversee projects users testing stages to ensure the outputs are in line with requirements and that data stays safe and confidential

Skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Experience
At least 7 years of experience in IT related project implementation, with a focus on the end users requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of IT programming
Able to understand IT terminology
