(BLME0179) DUBAI ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Lead Graphic Designer to join our global team. Your role will involve conceptualising, designing, and delivering visually compelling and innovative graphics that align with the company\'s brand identity and marketing goals, as well as client and project-specific brand guidelines for external deliverables. Reporting to the Business Development and Communications Manager, you will work closely with them to develop and enhance BLR\'s new brand identity. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Innovation Manager, ensuring that creative design outputs for client projects align with the overarching strategic objectives of each deliverable. By working with and guiding a team of junior graphic designers and freelancers, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality work while maintaining consistency and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development: Work closely with the Business Development and Communications Manager to develop and enhance BLR\'s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs and collateral.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Innovation Manager to align creative design outputs for client projects with strategic objectives, ensuring innovative and impactful visual solutions.
Design Execution: Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, storyboards, mock-ups, and layouts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, print materials, websites, and other relevant projects.
Team Management: Direct, lead, and motivate a team of junior graphic designers and freelancers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout project execution, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the overall quality and consistency of visual output, maintaining brand integrity across all deliverables.
Creative Direction: Provide clear and effective creative direction to the design team, ensuring that client projects are executed to meet the highest standards.
Client Collaboration: Attend client and team meetings, actively listen to their needs, and ideate innovative visual solutions that meet their expectations.
Visual Concept Development: Propose and demonstrate high-level visual concepts that effectively convey the intended message and align with the project\'s objectives.
Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to infuse cutting-edge ideas into our work.
Time Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative leadership role (minimum 3 years) within the cultural or creative industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity, conceptualisation, and visual design skills.
In-depth knowledge of current design trends, visual storytelling, and best practices in graphic design.
Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring creative professionals.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality visual output
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
