Real Estate Recruiter Wanted - Aggressive Headhunter for Agent Hiring
We're hiring a real estate recruiter whose primary task is to make 100+ outbound calls daily to headhunt and hire active agents from the Dubai market.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven role focused on recruiting top talent by offering them higher commissions than they currently receive.

MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:
You must be comfortable and committed to making 100+ high-quality calls per day to real estate agents in the Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
Identify and cold call active agents working in other Dubai brokerages.
Offer them a more attractive commission structure and pitch the benefits of our firm.
Qualify agents and schedule interviews or handle onboarding directly.
Maintain daily call logs and track recruitment performance.

Ideal Profile:
Proven experience in recruitment or telesales (real estate preferred).
Confident, fast-paced caller who thrives in high-volume outreach.
Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with Dubai real estate companies and agent dynamics is a big plus.
