We are looking for a motivated,
independent Lead Generator
to identify and refer qualified B2B clients in need of external HR solutions. This is a
commission-only, freelance opportunity
, ideal for individuals with strong networks in the UAE and GCC markets.
Position Overview:
This isn't just another business development role. As the Business Development Lead, you will be the lifeblood of our startup, responsible for achieving our most critical milestone--landing our first client in the UAE or Middle East region. You'll need to hit the ground running, building a pipeline from scratch, forging powerful connections, and turning prospects into clients who trust us to deliver results. If you thrive on challenge and relish the opportunity to be the key driver of our early success, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients (companies and business owners) in the UAE and GCC looking for:
- HR consulting or external HR services (360 degrees)
- Executive/leadership Search & Recruitment Projects
- HR Project management support or execution
Initiate contact through professional outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, in-person, etc.)
Qualify leads (and pass them to our internal team for consultation) and closing
Track leads and outcomes using simple tools or CRM
What we are looking for:
Independent freelancer
or
sole entrepreneur
with strong B2B networking skills
Experience
or
understanding
of
HR
services, recruitment, or consulting (preferred)
Good knowledge of the UAE and GCC business environment
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
What we offer:
Commission-only: Attractive commission paid for each converted lead
No cap on earnings - higher performance = higher income
