Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract potential clients within the real estate industry.
Utilize various lead generation channels including but not limited to social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and target audience behavior to optimize lead generation efforts.
Optimize the company\'s website for search engines, ensuring it ranks high in relevant search results to drive organic traffic and generate leads.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and reach the target audience effectively.
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with potential clients and drive engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to continually improve lead generation strategies and SEO performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in lead generation and SEO within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in utilizing lead generation platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
Experience with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to meet goals and deadlines.
