Job Description

We are looking for a

Lead Generation Executive

to support our business development and sales efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and has a knack for identifying and engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify high-quality leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calls Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team Maintain and update leads database/CRM Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies Research new markets and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, tele sales, or business development (UAE experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English (written and verbal) Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce Ability to work independently and meet targets Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately
