Your Mission

We're looking for a

Paid Ads Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist

to take the lead on

building and managing high-performing ad campaigns

as part of our AI-powered lead generation system.

You will be the key figure responsible for

making our lead gen system work

, especially as we launch it internally and test it across our client base. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in ads and funnels -- but also bring strategic insight, content packaging skills, and a sharp commercial mindset to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Ads Strategy & Management:

Plan, launch, and optimise

Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns

designed for high-converting lead generation.

Funnel Performance:

Ensure the full lead gen system -- including

landing pages, forms, CRM flows, and automations

-- performs to the highest standard.

A/B Testing & Analytics:

Continuously test, tweak, and improve based on live performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI benchmarks.

System Content Packaging:

Help

create and package up marketing content and funnels

that we will sell to clients -- from copy to visuals to value proposition.

Client Testing & Impact:

Apply our AI-powered systems to existing clients, ensuring significant improvement in lead flow and marketing efficiency.

AI & Automation Collaboration:

Work hand-in-hand with our AI automation team to sync ads and funnel traffic into automated flows and CRM systems.

Strategy & Innovation:

Contribute to marketing strategy, service development, offer creation, and how we position Northstar AI in the market.

What We're Looking For

Proven success running

paid ad campaigns

with lead gen objectives (3-5+ years minimum) Deep understanding of

funnels, CRO, sales psychology, and marketing automation

Experience using platforms like

GoHighLevel, Webflow, Zapier, Make, n8n

Strong skills in

copywriting

,

content packaging

, and

campaign planning

Strong knowledge or passion for

AI tools

and how they can enhance marketing Strategic thinker who can work independently and own results Bonus: SEO, email marketing, chatbot experience, or AI prompt engineering
