Role Objective
To
generate qualified business enquiries and meetings
for a transport company by contacting potential customers and identifying their transport requirements.
No sales closing. No rate negotiation. You generate interest and meetings -- that's it. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Outreach (Core Task)
Contact potential business customers via:
Phone
WhatsApp Business
Email
Introduce company transport services:
Port to warehouse transport
Dedicated trucks
Monthly transport solutions
2 Qualification & Enquiry Creation
Ask basic qualification questions:
Do they use transport regularly?
Frequency (daily / weekly / monthly)
Locations served
Truck type required
Record accurate enquiry details
3? Meeting Scheduling
Book:
Physical meetings
Online calls
Site visits (for management)
Coordinate availability with management

Update lead status in Excel / Google Sheets:
