Lead Generation Specialist
who can take the reins on outbound outreach, automate lead pipelines, and drive new business conversations at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:
Launch and manage cold email outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist or Mailshake -- including domain warm-up, inbox rotation, and deliverability optimisation.
Build automated lead generation workflows across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Source and segment lead lists using platforms like Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Write and test compelling, personalised outreach copy that drives responses.
A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to continually optimise performance.
Target business owners and marketing decision-makers in sectors like real estate, e-commerce, luxury services, and events.
Maintain clean, structured CRM records in HubSpot or similar -- logging activity, follow-ups, and pipeline stages.
Work alongside the Founder and Business Development team to hand off qualified leads and schedule discovery calls.
Stay ahead of trends in outbound lead gen, automation tools, and platform-specific best practices.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or outreach in a digital agency or B2B environment.
Strong grasp of cold outreach strategy across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Comfortable using Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools.
Ability to write sharp, personalised copy and tailor tone of voice to different audiences.
Highly organised and results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Lavender, or smart automation systems is a bonus.
