Job Description

    • JOB DESCRIPTION
      LEAD FIRE & LIFE SAFETY ENGINEER (Please note: this position is for tendering purpose only) Renardet is seeking to employ a Lead Fire and Life Safety Engineer. The requirements of the position are as follows:
    • having minimum 10 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Mechanical/ Fire Safety engineering.
have specialist knowledge and experience in Fire and Life Safety design, advisory and inspections etc. at least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects ATTRIBUTES: A team player with the ability to establish good working relationships with clients, line management and colleagues. Good technical, analytical and organizational, skills. Ethical, professional with the ability to work under own initiative. Flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make good judgments.

          Design of Real Estate Services Contract The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
