We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a

motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist

to help us grow our client base in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Sell social media marketing and web development packages to potential clients Identify and engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate digital solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Deliver service presentations and effectively negotiate contract terms Stay updated on industry trends to better communicate the value of our services Conduct market research, generate leads, make sales pitches, and close deals Develop customized marketing strategies based on client needs Collaborate with internal teams for lead tracking and reporting
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development services Must be currently residing in the UAE UAE driving license is an added advantage Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Compensation

AED 1,000 minimum amount will be paid per successful client sales or confirmed potential client

Commission-based (no fixed salary)
