We are looking for a

Lead Field Engineer - Electrical

for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE Site based - Flexible to work on several sites

Duration: 12 months - extendable based on project requirement - Contract Hire contracted through MPH to work for the company CPECC (Under MPH Sponsorship (Payroll & Employment Contract))

Sector: Oil & Gas - Construction Phase

Proposed Monthly Salary: Competitive AED All inclusive per month

Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts - 6 days per week

Requirements:

15 years & above of experience in the field. Site experience is a must. Experience with Adnoc on site and Adnoc approved is highly preferred. Requiring maximum one month notice. Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 3 years. Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Activities:

Project Management: Oversee electrical installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor field engineering teams, providing technical support in electrical design, installation, and troubleshooting. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests, ensuring electrical work complies with codes, standards, and quality specifications. Safety Implementation: Enforce safety protocols and perform risk assessments to maintain a safe work environment. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and technical specifications while preparing status reports. Collaboration: Work with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Continual Development: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies through ongoing training and professional development.
