We are looking for a
Lead Field Engineer - Process (Site based)
for one of our clients with the following details:Start date: 1 month or less
Contract Duration: 1 year - extendable
Location: Bab and Buhasa - Habshan and Adco (flexible to work on any of these in Abu Dhabi)
Qualification and Experience required:
Bachelors in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or related field. Mandatory 15+ years of experience required in filed process engineering in OIL and GAS projects only.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage field engineering activities for process - related projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to specifications. Provide expert guidance on process engineering issues, troubleshooting and solutions during project implementation. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety on site. Act as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors and clients to ensure project alignment and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of engineering designs, modifications and progress reports for project accountability. Train and mentor junior engineers and field staff to enhance their technical competencies and adherence to best practices. Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of process systems in the field. Very good interpersonal skills - Communication, Cooperation, collaboration, etc.
