Job Description

Responsibilities: - Ensure that electrical, ELV, and AC projects are completed on time, efficiently, and in compliance with EWA regulations without compromising quality. - Plan and schedule activities, including estimating the required time and materials for successful project completion. - Review and interpret shop drawings to provide guidance and ensure the proper installation of electrical and ELV systems. - Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety codes to maintain a safe working environment and ensure work is completed according to schedule. - Optimize the utilization of manpower resources at project sites and plan for their efficient deployment. - Develop strong relationships with main contractor's site staff and effectively communicate with our technicians and project engineers. - Participate in testing and commissioning activities for all electrical and ELV systems installed at the project site. - Coordinate with the project engineer and site teams to address site-specific requirements and ensure effective communication. - Prepare accurate as-built documentation and maintain an updated DB schedule related to the project site. - Demonstrate Strong understanding of electrical and ELV systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning processes. - Read and interpret drawings and specifications. - Adhere to health and safety codes and regulations, whilst promoting a culture of safety. - Ensuring the optimum utilization of manpower and resources at project sites. Requirements: - EWA wireman license is mandatory. - Valid driving license. - Minimum 3 yearsaEUR(TM) proven experience in the Electrical field and MEP industry. - Thorough knowledge of EWA regulations and compliance requirements.
