Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Electrical design engineers to ensure successful completion of projects. Create detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software. Conduct design reviews to identify and resolve any design issues or challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical designs with other project components. Develop and implement design strategies to meet project goals and objectives. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mechanical design engineering. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers in the team, electrical Design systems power, Ooredoo, Fire alarm ...etc. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all design activities. Prepare and present progress reports, project plans, and budgets to stakeholders. Diversified experience in multi-disciplinary projects, high rise, commercial, hotel, Hospitality, shopping centers, with big Engineering consultancy firms. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years' experience in Electrical Design Engineer (Minimum 5 years' experience in GCC - Qatar experience is mandatory). Strong knowledge of CAD software and proficiency in creating detailed engineering designs. Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. In-depth understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines. MMUP Grade A is a must. Prefer resident in Qatar with NOC.
