Job Description

To lead the planning, development, and implementation of digitalization initiatives across offshore oil and gas projects, enhancing operational efficiency, asset performance, and project delivery through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital transformation efforts for offshore oil & gas projects in alignment with company strategy.
Develop and implement digital solutions such as digital twin, predictive analytics, AI/ML, and remote monitoring systems.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital integration.
Manage digital project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.
Interface with vendors and technology partners for digital tools and systems.
Monitor KPIs and performance of digital systems post-implementation.
Mentor junior engineers and support change management initiatives.
Prepare and present reports, technical documents, and digital roadmaps to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Computer, or related field).
15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in offshore project environments.
Proven experience in digitalization, smart plant technologies, digital twins, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of offshore operations, engineering processes, and project lifecycle.
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 15926, IEC 62443, NIST).
Hands-on experience with platforms like AVEVA, AspenTech, PI System, or similar.
