Your role
We are hiring a
Senior Lead Developer
to join us
from mid-October
and take a
foundational role
in our Dubai hub.
Your responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture
: stack choices, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices.
Lead the development of our first strategic projects (
React / Next.js, Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL
).
Implement robust data tracking and analytics pipelines
(events, dashboards, KPIs) to ensure every site and service can be measured and optimized.
Experiment with cutting-edge technologies
: AI (OpenAI, GPT, APIs), automation workflows, and no-code/low-code where relevant.
Mentor and grow
a small team of developers (mid/junior) as the studio expands.
Collaborate closely with our designer and SEO specialist to deliver
modern, high-performance, SEO-friendly products
.
Act as the
main technical counterpart to the leadership team
, contributing to strategic decisions and preparing the organization to scale rapidly.
Take
calculated risks on emerging technologies
that can give us a competitive advantage.
Profile we are looking for
7+ years of experience in web development
, including
2-3 years in a lead, architect, or senior technical role
.
Strong expertise in
React / Next.js

PostgreSQL / Prisma

Solid knowledge of professional development practices:
CI/CD, GitHub, automated testing, code reviews

Proven experience with
data tracking and analytics
(GTM, GA4, dashboards, event pipelines).
