Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (aligned with Los Angeles working hours)
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team and lead technical development across our U.S. market websites. We are a fast-growing security services company serving the U.S. market and expanding our support operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize landing pages and service websites for the U.S. market
Develop custom functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS frameworks
Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring high performance and security
Collaborate with SEO & digital marketing teams to enhance user experience
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, booking forms, and lead capture systems
Ensure full responsiveness, speed optimization & browser compatibility
Manage website hosting, uptime, and technical troubleshooting
Qualifications
5+ years Web Development experience (agency or U.S. market background preferred)
This is an on-site role, candidates who can join immediately and must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Strong proficiency in: WordPress development / plugins / custom themes | JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, PHP
Experience implementing SEO best practices
Experience with security, firewall, backups, and website compliance
Understanding of UX/UI design principles
Excellent communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-oriented.
Knowledge of U.S. market standards in security or related industries is an advantage
Ability to work night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles operations
