Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs) -Working closely with the Game Designers and other developers to develop exciting games using the latest tools and utilities -Deploying production-grade apps and games on Apple store-Managing a team of experienced and new mobile developers to deliver high quality software -Project planning, defining development schedule, delegating tasks and quality review of the code-Defining and implement global best practices and standards for UI Design and coding-Providing periodic updates to the Project Manager on the progress and the project risks-Continuous research on the emerging technologies, frameworks and market trends to stay up-to-date and competitive-Training the team in the new technology areas and help them in applying that knowledge in the future projects Requirements (Qualifications/ Certifications/ Experience/ Skills etc.) -4+ years of software development experience-Minimum 2 years' experience in developing games and deploying them on app store-Experience in developing and deploying high quality apps and games -Excellent knowledge of Objective-C and iOS -Strong expertise in Cocos2d, Cocoa Touch is a must-Good understanding of multi-threading, asynchronous and parallel programming techniques for enhancing performance-Self-motivated, organized and with high level of attention to detail-Familiar with best networking practices like request limiting/caching, content aggregation, batching etc. -Expertise in SVN, Cocoa, Xcode, iOS SDK-Through understanding of Apple Store compliance guidelines and submissions procedures -Experience leading a team of mobile developers and UI Designers -Proactive and out-of-the-box thinking. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from an Indian or International University Experience: 4+ years of software development Contract Type: Full time and permanent placement.
