Talan is expanding its team we are looking for a Lead Developer Salesforce service cloud (loyalty management) Your main responsibility will be to understand the digital Team business and technical requirements and develop and implementing effective end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Cloud stack including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Loyalty Management, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, MuleSoft. Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform /similar role
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience (Certification preferred)
  • Ability to implement and integrate third party applications within Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methods within Service Cloud
  • Experience with Mulesoft a big advantage
  • Strong background in software programming
  • Strong background in SOAP or RES.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments required
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to debug and test user issues
