Job Description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Lead Designer for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:

Provide direction, leadership, and mentorship to members of the Design team (currently 2 designers) ensuring strong collaboration and high morale. Foster a culture of teamwork, identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency through shared practices. Lead the creation of user-centered designs by understanding business goals, data insights, and user needs. Deliver user-friendly, visually appealing designs from discovery through implementation -- crafting user stories, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Engineering -- using emotional intelligence to build strong collaboration and informed decision-making. Ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products by developing and maintaining a unified design system. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design guidelines are aligned and consistently applied across the company.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in design leadership Minimum 5 years of experience with digital products (mobile and web applications, SaaS, or complex software systems). A portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design work. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to produce consistent, high-quality, and influential design outcomes. Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality results. Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and attention to detail. Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and UX/UI best practices. Strong sense of design aesthetics, awareness of design trends, and the ability to adapt styles to context. Mastery of Figma and modern design workflows. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is a plus. * Ability to conduct customer interviews in German is a strong plus.
